动态随机存取存储器对经典计算至关重要,但在当前的超导量子处理器中明显缺失。集成高相干性存储单元能够实现逻辑量子比特的资源高效控制,并允许逻辑和存储子系统的独立优化。在此,我们实现了一个八位级联随机存取量子存储器。我们使用单个transmon经典寻址七个存储模式,同时通过在处理器与多模存储腔之间引入缓冲层来隔离它们与处理器的非线性。我们演示了平均每模式保真度低于1.5%的任意随机存取,并表征了主导误差预算的多体相互作用。该架构显著减少了每个逻辑量子比特的控制线数量,并支持存储模块内的横穿操作,为容错量子架构建立了可扩展的基本单元。随机存取存储器是经典计算机的重要元件,但量子计算机的等效方案仍远未成熟。现在,已使用超导电路演示了八量子比特随机存取存储器。
