本论文提出了一种数字高速三电平空间矢量脉宽调制器(3L-SVPWM)。传统的3L-SVPWM通常是计算密集型的,涉及在基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的控制器上顺序执行子任务。由此产生的5.4微秒高计算时间限制了为超过100kHz的开关频率实现额外的控制模块。通过将子任务转化为具有1-0决策和更简单算术运算的数字模块来克服这一问题。这些子任务模块在可编程逻辑器件(PLD)上并发执行。因此,实现了140纳秒的快速3L-SVPWM执行。所提出的数字3L-SVPWM使基于宽禁带(WBG)器件的三电平(3L)逆变器能够以高基波频率生成波形。有限状态机是所提出实现方案的关键组成部分,具有生成任意矢量序列的能力,并最大化利用3L-SVPWM中的冗余矢量状态。所提出的数字3L-SVPWM操作通过基于GaN的三电平有源中点钳位(3L-ANPC)逆变器进行了演示。实验结果展示了在250kHz开关频率下生成中心对齐SVPWM(CA-SVPWM)和共模电压减小SVPWM(CMVR-SVPWM)的矢量序列,同时展示了10kHz的高基波频率生成能力。
