• A novel digital twin-based reputation assessment model for JointCloud computing. • The hybrid subjective-objective reputation calculation method is designed to effectively filter malicious users, recognize jump scores provided by benign users, and ensure the accuracy of reputation assessment in the presence of malicious feedback attacks with high scale strength. • The reputation calculation method based on split integration is designed to effectively prevent malicious JointCloud service providers from gaining benefits without providing quality services. • Substantial experiments to validate the proposed approach.
