• A General Controller-based Dynamic Linearized Model-free Adaptive Control and Its Application to PMLSM. • A simple and direct way of controller parameter estimation is provided when considering the general case of integrating two forms of dynamic linearized controller and model. • A stability property with mild conditions and assumptions are improved than existing previous works by involving the mathematical induction into the theory of Gersgorin discs and contraction mapping principle.
