Abstract
En 中文
• A heart-on-a-chip enabled long-term monitoring of contractility and cTnI release. • The integrated cTnI immunosensor achieved a detection limit as low as 0.27 pg/mL. • 25% strain was identified as the turning point between cardiomyocyte maturation and injury.
