• A phycocyanin-based nanoplatform integrates chemotherapy and immunotherapy. • Mn-PC-PTX induces pyroptosis and activates the cGAS–STING pathway. • Phycocyanin suppresses COX-2/PGE2/PD-L1–mediated immune evasion. • The nanoplatform remodels the tumor microenvironment and boosts T cell immunity. • Mn-PC-PTX achieves potent antitumor efficacy with minimal systemic toxicity.
