Abstract
En 中文
• A novel DOPO-based P/N/S-containing flame retardant, TPD, was successfully synthesized. • Only 4 wt% TPD enabled EP to achieve a UL-94 V-0 rating with an LOI of 30.5%. • The pHRR, THR, TSP, and peak CO2 release of EP were reduced by 29.2%, 37.5%, 19.8%, and 23.0%, respectively. • The incorporation of 4 wt% TPD increased the tensile strength and impact strength of EP by 10.6% and 76.4%, respectively. • TPD endowed EP with UV-shielding capability, improved acid/alkali resistance, and enhanced electrical insulation performance.
