In this paper, a new parallel cascadic multigrid method is studied with domain decomposition technique and extrapolation technique. Convergence analysis is given based on the superconvergence of the finite element. The numerical results show that the method is efficient. (C) 2013 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
