This paper describes a new video front-end processing system having improved resolution of digitizing. For this improvement two techniques are investigated, one is the summation of previous three ND conversion results, and the other is 10 degrees shift; sampling. Next, an experimental system using a programmable logic device was developed and evaluated. As a result the noise level was decreased by 10 dU. Hence the validity of the proposal was confirmed. Because of this improvement, this front-end processing system does not require any analog ACC rind the proposal is suitable for an SOC reducing the seats of the analog circuit.
