In mobile communications, wireless channel has been widely considered to be time-variant. To accurately model the time-variant channels, a tracking-based dynamic multipath components (MPCs) clustering algorithm is proposed in this letter. The tracking problem is considered as a total probability maximization estimation and solved by using the Kuhn-Munkres algorithm. The dynamic MPCs are further clustered based on the results of tracking. The algorithm is validated by using the simulated dynamic channels and compared with the distance-based tracking method. Simulation results show a good performance of the proposed algorithm.
