• A γ″-guided CPFEM for GH4169 under EAA is established with ∼2% yield strength error. • γ″ coarsening shifts from thermal diffusion to electromigration dominance with rising temperature. • Strengthening is governed by γ″ size, arise from five quantitatively shearing modes and bypassing.
