Abstract
En 中文
• A programmed activatable MRI probe for integrated tumor biomarker imaging and real-time drug release monitoring. • Enables a cascade of biomarker-triggered DNAzyme activation, therapeutic release, and amplified MRI signal recovery. • Establishes a quantitative linear relationship between the MRI signal amplification and the amount of drug released. • Paves the way for intelligent, self-reporting theranostics and personalized treatment guidance in image-guided therapy.
