在全球制造业领域，数字供应链（DSCs）的演变动态和前景正在改变供应链（SC）参与者的运营和协作方式，要求供应商开启数字化转型之旅以构建数字能力（DCs）。然而，当前的供应商发展计划（SDPs）在为下一代供应商（在此称为“供应商4.0”）构建DCs方面的关注有限。本研究提出一个参考框架，旨在支持供应商4.0发展计划（S4.0DPs）的创建和管理，通过其参与者的数字化为供应链的数字化和数字整合做出贡献。所提出的S4.0DPs参考框架通过包含来自行业和学术界国际专家的两轮德尔菲研究进行了验证。本研究为支持供应链及其参与者的数字化转型所需知识的系统化做出了贡献，并使焦点企业与供应商群体的利益保持一致。
