Abstract

En 中文
Legal training and research in sports science emerged in the 2000s with the introduction of sports management courses. However, while law teaching has become established in these courses, research, which is mainly structured around life sciences and social sciences, has struggled to gain a foothold in the field of law. For various reasons (lack of a normative corpus, legitimacy of the research object), the situation is much the same in law faculties. Although training and research appeared at the end of the 1970s, they only really took off in the 2000s. Since then, research has become structured in law faculties, whereas it is still in its infancy in STAPS departments.
