口腔鳞状细胞癌（OSCC）是口腔肿瘤中最主要的组织学类型。整合素及其依赖的过程参与了癌症进展的几乎每一个步骤。整合素αvβ3最初被认为是与肿瘤血管生成相关的整合素。随着研究的逐渐深入，发现αvβ3也在肿瘤细胞中发挥作用。本研究旨在探讨肿瘤细胞整合素αvβ3在OSCC进展中的作用。
