• In order to solve the reliable VNF sharing problem in air-ground network, we design a VNF sharing evaluation mechanism to decide whether to share VNF, and use the reinforcement learning approach to measure priority of network nodes. • The experimental results show that our method can increase the node and link resources utilization, and reduce the overall delay of SFC to a certain extent, and ensure a high SFC acceptance rate.
