Abstract
En 中文
• Capsule-filling enables 3D-printed NiMn-Heusler thermomagnetic composites. • Printed parts preserve the ferro–paramagnetic transition after all processing. • Operando Curie-wheel tests show heat-to-power conversion with 3D-printed rotors. • Thinner rotors deliver higher power via enhanced heat transfer and S/V ratio. • Scalable method uses ∼20 g powder and generalizes to thermomagnetic alloys.
