• Several PFAS and their mixture were associated with hypertension in later pregnancy. • 24–28 weeks' gestation may be more sensitive for blood pressure and mean arterial pressure. • 16–20 weeks' gestation may be a more sensitive period for pulse pressure. • Nulliparous women and those carrying female fetuses had higher odds of hypertension. • PFAS might still adversely impact maternal blood pressure even at low concentrations.
