Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• BSA-modified PdPt nanosheets enabled X-ray/NIR combination therapy. • PdPt@BSA relieved tumor hypoxia through catalytic O2 generation. • Combined therapy enhanced ROS production and DNA damage in tumor cells. • PdPt@BSA induced ICD and activated the cGAS–STING pathway. • The nanoplatform achieved potent antitumor efficacy with good biosafety.
