大规模生物医学知识图谱(biomedical KGs),通常通过从海量文本文档中自动进行实体-关系抽取的方法构建,常包含错误的生物医学三元组,这对其质量提出了担忧。将此类噪声知识图谱应用于下游应用可能会损害生物医学研究的有效性,并导致不准确的结论。本研究旨在设计一种有效的知识图谱验证(KGV)方法,以确定生物医学知识图谱中三元组的正确性,从而能够移除通过所提方法识别出的错误三元组。
