• Lotus-inspired scaffolds were fabricated via sequential electrospinning. • LA:GA 70:30 ratio induced a critical amorphous-to-semicrystalline transition. • Crystallization enhanced radial fatigue resistance via fiber bridging. • Semi-crystalline domains shifted the degradation mode from bulk erosion to progressive surface erosion. • Optimized surface wettability and biomimetic topology significantly promoted fibroblast proliferation.
