Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
The chemical investigation of the fungusBartalinia robillardoides CBS 122686 led to the isolation of two new decarestrictines bearing an unusual three-carbon unit appended to the polyketide moiety and named Botryolides F and G. The compounds were structurally characterized, and their absolute configurations were determined through a combination of spectroscopic methods, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) analyses. Botryolide G was assessed for anthelmintic activity and exhibited promising efficacy at a concentration of 100 μg/mL, with no significant cytotoxicity observed.
