• Reclaimed concrete wash water was carbonated at laboratory and pilot scales for CO2 mineralization. • In-line slurry-density monitoring showed strong agreement with TG-based CO2 uptake measurements. • Carbonated reclaimed water maintained concrete mechanical performance under plant-relevant conditions.
