• We classified cortico-cortical evoked potentials (CCEPs) into hierarchical morphological types based on N1/N2 peak latencies. • Type I (N1 < 50 ms) CCEP involved major white-matter pathways; Types II–III (N1 > 50 ms) involved interhemispheric cortices. • The waveform distribution framework links CCEP morphology to underlying structural and functional connectivity organization
