Abstract
En 中文
• Codonopsis pilosula decoction promoted pulmonary endothelial repair after H9N2 injury. • Dangshen decoction reduced lung edema, inflammation, and bronchoalveolar leakage in mice. • Dangshen decoction preserved endothelial continuity and junctional protein recovery in vivo. • C. pilosula restored NR2F2–NRP1–CCND1 signaling in injured lungs and MVECs. • NR2F2 was required for the pro-repair effects of C. pilosula in endothelial cells.
