A collocation method based on B-spline is developed for solving Convection-Reaction-Diffusion equation subjected to Dirichlet's boundary conditions. The method comprises an explicit finite difference associated with extended cubic B-spline collocation method. We analyze the convergence and stability of the presented method. The proposed method is applied to various test examples and results are reported in Tables. The obtained numerical results have been compared with the results of the existing methods.
