Abstract

• Studied the effect of dielectric substrates on output performance of TING and revealed the critical role of dielectric substrates on regulating ion-electron coupling in EDL. • Developed a high-performance solid-liquid M-TING (2348.05 mC m⁻²) and CD-TING (22.20 mC min⁻¹) for efficient environment mechanical energy harvesting. • Demonstrated the rapid and continuous charging capability of the CD-TING for small electronics, providing a practical and efficient strategy for distributed energy harvesting.
