Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Temperature, pressure, dye, and fiber effects on diffusion in scCO₂ were analyzed. • A new diffusion model was developed using Arrhenius and free volume theories. • Dye-specific correction factors were introduced to improve model generality. • PET–disperse dye system shows good model fit with < 10 % error in all cases. • Study offers theoretical basis for optimizing scCO2 dyeing across fiber–dye systems.
