Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
An innovative porous magnetic solid-phase extraction composite material (Fe3O4@MIL-101(Cr)-NH2@Dha@Dha-TAPB), integrating amino-functionalized metal-organic frameworks and phenolic hydroxyl-functionalized covalent organic frameworks, was constructed for the efficient extraction of bisphenols (BPs) from aqueous samples. The adsorption and desorption parameters of the adsorbent were systematically optimized to establish the most effective sample pretreatment conditions. Under these optimized conditions, the composite material was integrated with high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with fluorescence detection (HPLC-FLD), yielding a method with excellent analytical performance. Specifically, the method exhibited good linearity over the range from 0.05 to 500 mu g L-1, with coefficients of determination ranging from 0.9993 to 0.9998, low limits of detection (0.003-0.014 mu g L-1), and recovery rates of 82.9-101.6% for carbonated beverages and 82.2-99.3% for environmental water samples. By integrating the composite material with HPLC-FLD, a simple, sensitive, and reliable analytical approach was established and successfully employed for the analysis of BPs in aqueous samples.
