All-carbon quaternary stereogenic center is a valuable structural motif, which is widely present in natural products and pharmaceutical candidates. Therefore, the development of straightforward and efficient methods for the synthesis of all-carbon quaternary stereogenic center is of great significance. Herein, we report a copper-catalyzed remote asymmetric yne-allylic substitution to construct adjacent chiral centers bearing an all-carbon quaternary stereocenter. The use of readily available starting materials, the mild reaction conditions, high yields, excellent enantioselectivities, and a broad substrate scope, underscore its practicality and synthetic utility of this method.
