• We present CoSI-Gaze for unified gaze target detection and social gaze prediction. • We propose a confidence-based mechanism to integrate context and spatial cues. • We introduce a benchmark for pixel-level targets and dyadic social gaze patterns. • CoSI achieves SOTA results in social gaze prediction on several benchmarks.
