• Cell-level few-shot calibration is introduced for cross-domain SOH estimation. • Discharge-derived relative features improve cross-dataset comparability. • EnhancedRSPL enables stable adaptation with only a few labeled target cells. • Transferability is validated across MIT, XJTU, and TJU battery datasets. • Few-shot adaptation reshapes feature dependence and reduces domain mismatch.
