研究了考虑可压缩性的五孔探针数据后处理与不确定度评估方法，以满足高速风洞中五孔探针的应用需求。详细推导了考虑可压缩性的数据后处理方法的理论推导。基于插值拟合和迭代求解，建立了一种数据分析方法。在此基础上，进一步建立了蒙特卡罗模拟方法，用于评估待测流场参数的不确定度。该方法为高速风洞中考虑可压缩性的五孔探针标定与应用提供了理论依据和技术手段。
