• A machine-learning algorithm of CODMn of rivers was constructed with Sentinel-2 images. • Precipitation and industrial parks contributed to southern and northern rivers with oppisite effect. • Riverine DOC flux was estimated with the linkage to the remote sensing retrival of CODMn.
