Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Determination of geochemical threshold and background values from 869 topsoil samples in Castilla-La Mancha, Spain. • Application of benchtop and portable XRF analysis to determinate 14 chemical elements. • Threshold values derived from cumulative probability plots for seven lithology-based geochemical zones. • Lithology is the main control on the topsoil geochemistry of analysed elements. • The results provide a reference framework for future soil geochemistry studies.
