Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• HDAC2 inhibitor HYF005 labeled with Fluorine-18 was synthesized and preliminary assessment. • [18F]HYF005 demonstrated appropriate blood-brain barrier (BBB) penetration in rodent models. • [18F]HYF005 holds significant promise as a potential PET imaging probe for the study of the brain's HDAC2 system.
