从粉末衍射图谱确定晶体结构是材料科学中的一个复杂挑战,通常需要丰富的专业知识和计算资源。本研究介绍了一种名为DiffractGPT的生成式预训练转换器模型,该模型旨在直接从X射线衍射(XRD)图谱预测原子结构。通过捕捉衍射图谱与晶体结构之间的复杂关系,DiffractGPT实现了快速且准确的逆向设计。该模型在JARVIS-DFT数据集中数千个原子结构及其模拟XRD图谱上进行训练,我们在三种场景下评估了该模型:(1) 无化学信息;(2) 提供元素列表;(3) 提供明确的化学式。结果表明,引入化学信息可显著提高预测精度。此外,训练过程简单快速,为计算、数据科学和实验社区之间的差距架起了桥梁。这项工作代表了自动化晶体结构确定领域的重大进展,为数据驱动的材料发现与设计提供了有力工具。
