Pancreatic cancer continues to be among the most lethal malignancies. The distinct tumor microenvironment (TME) not only facilitates tumor cell proliferation, invasion, and metastasis but also establishes a formidable barrier to the diffusion of chemotherapeutic agents and immunotherapies.
