随着体育数据在健康管理中重要性的提升，传统集中式存储面临安全和隐私保护问题。区块链技术通过其去中心化和防篡改特性，为体育数据的安全存储与共享提供了新的解决方案。本文构建了一个基于区块链的分布式存储数据库系统，通过将体育数据存储在区块链上，实现了数据的去中心化存储与共享。系统采用哈希算法存储体育数据，以确保数据的安全性和可靠性。该系统运用智能合约技术实现多方安全计算和访问控制，确保只有具有访问权限的用户才能获取体育数据。实验结果表明，基于区块链的系统在存储效率（91% vs. 81%）、数据完整性（99.5% vs. 97.7%）和查询响应时间（5.0ms vs. 9.9ms）方面均优于传统数据库系统。本文的贡献在于为体育数据的安全存储与共享提供了创新方案，能够有效保护运动员的个人数据隐私，并支持高效的数据查询与管理。
