Abstract

• This study first investigated the potential pathogenic effects of bioaerosols microbial diversity on human exposure, using automobile air filter. • Results in this research revealed essential roles of geographical position, air quality and economic development level in bioaerosols microbial communities distribution. And this study concluded that monitoring the air qualities may predict the trends of abundance of specific bacteria in the air. • This research first discuss the relationship bioaerosols and respiratory infectious diseases, and discovered that bioaerosols in air may predict the influenza incidence rate.
