• Direct label-free detection of glioma-related IDH mutated DNA fragment concentrations. • 2.The resonance peak shift decreases near-proportionally with the reduction of sample concentration. • 3.A linear regression model was constructed with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.996. Based on the 3σ criterion, a theoretical limit of detection (LOD) as low as 1.99 pmol/mL was achieved.
