• Atrial fibrillation and/or atrial flutter (AF) was present in 69% of the transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy cohort in ATTRibute-CM • Acoramidis reduced mortality or first cardiovascular-related hospitalization, stabilized functional capacity, health status, and biomarkers regardless of baseline AF status, vs. placebo • Acoramidis was associated with fewer new or worsening AF events • Acoramidis led to numerically fewer AF-related cardiovascular hospitalizations
