Abstract
En 中文
• There is poor glycemic control among migrant groups in Europe. • A culturally tailored approach improved HbA1c reduction in a multi-ethnic cohort. • Intervention did not affect medication intensity. • Changes in diet and waist circumference mediated 40% of intervention effect.
