• SDE在2D MnTe中穿过反铁磁体 → altermagnet过渡的微观机制。• 垂直场诱导Rashba SOC和强p-d杂交，产生浆果热点和各向异性自旋结构。• 可逆二极管效率: η(B) ≈ − 100% (0.10) → + 7.9% (0.60)；零矩相位有利于低损耗非互易设备。
