蛋白胨–量子点(QD)偶联物是一种新型生物量子杂化材料,结合了生物自组装与半导体纳米晶体的电子特性。本研究描述了使用磺基琥珀酰亚胺基4-(N-马来酰亚胺甲基)环己烷-1-羧酸酯(sulfo-SMCC)交联化学合成分 析Glu-Phe-Asp-Cys蛋白胨–QD网络的过程,实现了80%~90%的偶联效率。扫描电子显微镜显示,形貌从球形前体转变为具有外径145.2 ± 18.7 nm和中心腔径102.3 ± 15.2 nm的环形纳米结构。该杂化网络表现出自发电化学振荡(0.03~0.11 Hz,297~485 mV),且在不同试验中具有可重复性。量子点(QD)的引入通过表面等离激元耦合将信号幅值增强了41倍(1999 mV vs. 48.8 mV)。用于生物传感的最佳电荷转移电阻约为5250 Ω。电子转移动力学遵循一级衰减(α = 0.0032 Hz⁻¹)。该网络在5天内对结构化二进制输入产生响应,并在f = 0.022217 Hz时表现出频率同步。幅值平方相干性值对于纯蛋白胨为0.90,对于偶联物为0.85。该系统通过结构转变表现出类自适应响应行为,从而在神经形态计算、自适应生物传感器以及信息处理架构中具有应用潜力。
