Event-Triggered Model Predictive Control With a Statistical Learning

事件触发模型预测控制 (MPC) 减少了更新控制序列的能耗,同时保持了MPC的独创性,从而应对动态系统的硬约束。然而,在存在较大不确定性的情况下,标准事件触发MPC可能产生过于频繁的事件发生。为了补偿未知的不确定性,本文将统计学习应用于事件触发的MPC。分析了所提出的控制系统的稳定性和可行性,并考虑了统计学习的影响,例如训练样本的数量,模型的复杂性和学习参数。因此,建立事件触发策略以保证稳定性。我们针对不确定性扰动的非完整模型的跟踪问题评估了所提出的算法。与标准的事件触发控制方案相比,该方法的仿真结果显示出更好的跟踪性能,事件触发频率更低。
