密钥管理服务（KMS）对现代关键任务系统至关重要。KMS的核心是密钥生成过程和密钥刷新过程。在本文中，我们设计并实现了一个纯异步系统，用于支持完全分布式的KMS，该系统支持传统应用（如门限密码系统、多方计算（MPC））以及新兴的区块链和Web3应用。在该系统中，我们构建了一系列新的异步分布式密钥生成（ADKG）协议及其对应的异步分布式密钥刷新（ADKR）协议。我们证明了在标准模型下，我们的ADKG和ADKR协议优于同类现有协议，而在随机预言机模型（ROM）下，我们的协议在小规模和中等规模网络中比其他协议更高效。
