Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Hair organoids derived from ES cells successfully mimic scalp and hair follicle characteristics. • Androgenic alopecia was modeled using DHT, validating organoids as an evaluation tool. • SOYACT, effective in vitro and ex vivo, showed aligned efficacy in the organoid system. • Minoxidil and SOYACT restored hair follicles and biomarkers reduced by DHT treatment. • Hair organoids present a novel, alternative platform for preclinical anti-hair loss testing.
