配子捐赠已成为辅助生殖技术（ARTs）的关键组成部分，为包括那些可能没有其他育儿选择在内的个人带来希望。这一过程伴随着广泛的伦理、医疗和法律挑战，需要仔细处理以保护所有相关方的福祉和权利：捐赠者、接受者和后代。应对这些复杂性需要严格的伦理标准、健全的监管框架和国际合作。通过标准化这些方面，配子捐赠领域可以持续发展，同时确保所有相关方得到充分告知和保障。本文探讨了配子捐赠相关的伦理关注和核心原则，提出了建议以确保安全、公平且符合伦理责任的做法，从而保护和支持所有相关方。
