For localized germinoma, whole-ventricular radiotherapy (WVRT) is standard-of-care in Europe; 24 Gray (Gy) with 16Gy boost following chemotherapy. The SIOP-CNS-GCT-II trial aimed to examine the effect of response-adapted radiotherapy on patient outcome.
